Erie (Erika) Catiz is a higher education professional and training consultant who uses her leadership and training background as the framework for helping others create their own opportunities for advancement and personal betterment.
Erie earned her B.A. in English from Northern Illinois University, M.A.T. in Education from Chicago State University and MDiv from North Park Theological Seminary. She is currently a PhD candidate with a focus on Educational Leadership and continues to draw from her various educational and ministerial experiences as she journeys alongside others in achieving their goals.
In addition, Erie’s own life’s experiences provide the passion and expertise for the work she does relating to education, diversity, justice, and women’s issues (the latter including empowerment, identity, divorce, and domestic violence). In her free time she enjoys spending time with loved ones, writing, traveling, attending concerts, and dancing. She loves to laugh and meet new people.
